SPR specialises in cutting, deep drawing and spinning metal parts.

Experts in metal forming

SPR provides all metal processing services including deep drawing, spinning and cutting with professionalism and skill. Thanks to its powerful and comprehensive equipment base, SPR is able to work all types of metal to a high degree of precision: steel, aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper etc. At SPR, our employees’ commitment, know-how and our continuous investment policy empower us to constantly upgrade our performance to provide our customers with quality products of ever-increasing complexity.

SPR: cutting, deep drawing and spinning expertise

With its unique know-how built up over the years, SPR delivers comprehensive cutting, deep drawing and spinning services using high-performance, synergistic equipment that allows us to work all types of metals.

Cutting involves adjusting the material to the desired size. A wide range of cutting processes are offered depending to the material and shape. SPR makes spun technical parts. Our know-how and skills allow us to produce innovative spun parts. Deep drawing is a manufacturing process in which a sheet metal blank is radially drawn into a forming die by the mechanical action of a punch, retaining its material.

Drawing

Drawing consists in shaping a part from a flat steel sheet made by a steel plant into a hollow shape with a more or less complex geometry. This sheet forming technique is the result of a multiple-step process involving cutting, bending, punching, drilling, and drawing. Equipped with a hydraulic and mechanical presses, SPR can also provide you with solutions for short to medium production runs in addition to our spinning operations.

A passion for excellence

The SPR group regularly invests in its production tooling but also makes sure that skills are maintained and transferred to guarantee long-term growth. SPR helps designers and industrial manufacturers to design, develop and produce technical parts and assemblies, from pre-series to short and medium production runs. Because were are renowned for our passion for excellence, quality, on-time delivery and satisfying our partners and employees are the priorities that make SPR the partner of choice for innovative and ambitious projects.
