The SPR group is a manufacturer of sheet metal, mechanically-welded, steel, in small and medium series, from 5 kg to 6 tons and up to a maximum length of 8 meters, for the most diverse industries.

Manufacture of custom-made metal parts

Part of the activity of the SPR group is dedicated to industrial boilermaking for the production of mechanically welded assemblies of medium and large dimensions, in carbon steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metals. Our group works under an ISO 9001: 2015 certified quality system and our companies all hold European qualifications.

The SPR Group offers various types of industrial welding: MIG welding, MAG welding, TIG welding, spot welding and brazing.

Our welders certified EN 287 may operate in any work of mechanical welding and boiler in industrial subcontracting. The recognized expertise of our teams allows us to respond to any type of business, whether SMEs or industrial groups.

Our boiler service and assembly regularly responds to manufacture from metal equipment and large with assembly related operations.

Our welding processes

MIG welding - Metal Inert Gas - our welders use helium, argon or a synthesis of both. For MAG welding - Metal Active Gas - we use a mixture of argon and carbon dioxide. Our welders can also perform TIG welding. This type of welding, obtained using an electric arc, is perfectly mastered by our welding team. To these welds are added spot welding, steel welding, aluminum welding, and also stainless steel welding.

The SPR group also offers industrial boilermaking for which it has great know-how. Whether it is for stainless steel boilermaking or piping boilermaking, industrial boilermaking requires very specific skills. Our mechanic-welding workshop allows us to work: stainless steel boilermaking, aluminum boilermaking, steel boilermaking, fine boilermaking.
