Making CAD work for you
Some projects need to be roughed out and several solutions considered before designing the project in detail. SPR will submit proposals to you in the form of 3D files. A technical rationale will also be provided listing the advantages and drawbacks of each solution.
Our parametric design software packages purpose-built for the industrial world are our mission critical tools for successful mechanical design. We use them to model parts, whether machined, moulded, sheet metal, welded construction, piping etc.
For some projects, the mechanical strength of the parts has to be tested. SPR is equipped with an array of simulation tools for performing time-motion analysis, stress analysis, thermal structural analysis or frequency analysis.
SPR plots out all its designs for manufacturing and assembling the different parts. The use of functional dimensioning guarantees manufacturing quality and exploded views make it easy to understand how assembly works.
